The Platinum Escape exceeds our expectations. We have now had an opportunity to use this travel phenomenon on two separate occasions. From the initial engagement during the planning process until our return trip home, the planning is seamless. What impressed us the most was when a very small matter arose when we were traveling to Mexico, they sprung into action and immediately addressed the situation to make sure that we were not affected. That level of customer service and professionalism is beyond reproach! We can’t wait for our next trip with The Platinum Escape!

This was a trip of a lifetime for me, my husband & sister. The Rhine river and all the cities we visited were amazing, beautiful and so full of history. Nicole was so helpful with arrangements as it was our first river cruise. We all enjoyed the ship’s amenities and the relaxing time together. We hope to use “The Platinum Escape” in the future.

The “Platinum” experience was all that and then some!! The resort (Majestic) was immaculate. The food, drinks, and the company we kept was superior. Nicole our hostess, is the “most”. She arranged a meet and greet for her guest on the first night so everyone could get aquatinted. We had a blast with the male/female Q& A session! Of course, the women won. She planned great excursions for the group that included zip lining through the jungle and swimming in the caves. Some went deep sea fishing and had great catches.

We highly recommend the Greek Island Glow cruise with stops in Santorini, Rhodes, Bodrum and Mykonos. Amazing!

The entertainment and shows were fun, interactive and full of diversity which is really celebrated . We loved the atmosphere. Remember, you have the right to live your life as you believe but so does everybody else. Keep an open mind and enjoy. We have already started planning our next two Virgin Cruises and can’t wait to get back on their beautiful ships and enjoying the amazing food, adult- only atmosphere and relaxation. My wife and I celebrated my 58th birthday with my brother and his wife on the Virgin Scarlet Lady. This cruise line was more than I expected. We really received Rockstar treatment and it was awesome! It was really cool to have a turntable and vinyl records in your own stateroom. Richards Rooftop was so pleasant and quiet, you could just relax and take in all the views. All of the restaurants were superb. We enjoyed the variety of games and experiences offered. Some of my favorites were Gumbae and The Dock House. It definitely was a top experience for cruising.

I planned to take a trip late last year and contacted Nicole to give me recommendations and manage our trip.

She offered a number of travel options and we selected a trip to Jamaica at a resort she recommended. From there she coordinated every aspect of our trip! I felt like a real VIP! The resort was new and was top rate! We had a great time and enjoyed our week in the sun. I will certainly reach out to her in the future to book my travel!

I would like to thank the Platinum Escape for booking a last minute much needed getaway to the Dominican Republic. The trip was everything that I expected from delicious food to beautiful beaches. The airbnb came inclusive with a chef and an outdoor shower that was one of my favorite highlights. We had transportation to and from the airport. Not to mention it was affordable. I am looking forward to the all girls trip to Fiji in November planned by The Platinum Escape!

We began our fantastic road trip with an A1 chauffeur service, with stops along the way to Lombard Street, the redwood trees and Napa Valley where we participated in two eventful wine tastings. We had a time in Fiji! The girls trip was a great little “getaway”. We got to know a phenomenal group of women from different walks of life. Our trip included excursions to the Garden of the Sleeping Giant, a mud bath, and a riverboat cruise to a remote island for an authentic cultural experience. The people, the food, and entertainment was an AWESOME experience. We also jumped at the opportunities to go tubing, zip lining through the tropical jungles and to relax with a nice massage. It was an awesome time! Our favorite part of the trip was “unplugging” and “connecting” with beautiful people all at the same time!

Nicole Stanback crafted an unforgettable personalized escape for our family of four to Aruba. The seamless transition from the airport to the Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino, thanks to a personal driver, set the tone for our amazing trip. The resort's Mandara Spa, accommodations, and excursions were top-notch, and the local people were incredibly friendly.

Our 17 & 18 year olds  enjoyed parasailing, the pools, and a Starbucks onsite.  The nightly entertainment at the hotel was exceptional, with a DJ one night and a live singer another. The Azzurro Italian Restaurant provided a delicious sunset dinner in an open-air setting overlooking the ocean.
